About

Meeting you where you are; giving you what you need.

I spent most of my career inside the machine — most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a global law firm. On the outside it looked right. Inside, I was coming apart. Burnout, job loss, depression, anxiety — and a slow, honest recovery that changed what I do and how I do it.

Today my work sits at the intersection of leadership, mental health, mindfulness and community. I founded MoveMEN!, a peer group for senior male leaders, and I am a member of Catalyst 2030's Mental Health Collaboration. I have written and been featured in the South China Morning Post about my own journey.

My super power is creating safe spaces for learning, healing and growing — building the emotional regulation and relational skills that wellness, resilience and high performance all quietly depend on.

MoveMEN! is a small, confidential peer community of senior male leaders in Hong Kong navigating mental health, stress and life transitions. We meet to be honest about what most men carry quietly — work pressure, identity, relationships, loss, the question of meaning.

Who it's for

Senior male leaders — executives, founders, partners — who want a confidential space with peers who understand the weight of the role.
